Men's Cross Country Competes at Maine State Cross Country Championships

BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Thomas College men's cross country team ran in the Maine State Cross Country Championships on Saturday afternoon hosted by Bowdoin College.

Bates College took the overall team victory on the day followed by the host team of Bowdoin and the University of Southern Maine.  The Terriers finished 10th in the 8K event.

Sophomore Jarrod Ottman (Merrimack, N.H.) paced the Terriers with his 22nd place finish out of 151 runners with his time of 27:06.  Ottman was followed by his teammates Sam Traynor (North Billerica, Mass.) in 90th at 31:21, Dillon Sullivan (New Gloucester, Maine) 106th (33:02), Jasen Dickey (Skowhegan, Maine) 142nd (39:48), and Trent Labbe (Waterville, Maine) 144th (40:55).

The Terriers will host the Thomas Invitational on Friday, October 20th to prep for the North Atlantic Conference Championships.
